Guy West is the President & CEO of Alberta Beverage Container Recycling Corporation (ABCRC) and has been in the industry for 30+ years. ABCRC operates the common collection system for non-refillable beverage containers and operates two collection and compaction facilities in the province. ABCRC was the first deposit program to publish an integrated Sustainability Report in 2014 that publicly states the recovery rates and end-of-life for beverage containers collected.
