Join us for a networking event to meet the new APRA Board of Directors as well as partners and others working across the plastics value chain. The event will include drinks and appies and the opportunity to tour the Alberta Beverage Container Recycling Corporation’s Calgary sorting facility. This is where many of the deposit return bottles from around the province go to be sorted and counted before being recycled into new cans and bottles! The program is world-renowned for some of the highest capture rates, over 80%.
