For a total of 7 months, 33 determined participants collected a total of 16,500 kg of twine for recycling. A huge congratulations to all the participants for their hard work and dedication to keeping plastics out of the landfill.

“The Great Twine Roundup was a success, both in terms of increased twine collection volumes but more importantly, in encouraging farmers to try twine recycling,” says Assar Grinde, cow/calf producer and Chair of the APRG.
